Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established guidelines and protocols.

Scrutinize test results for precision, manage troubleshooting efforts for any inconsistencies, and execute preventative maintenance on laboratory equipment.

Participate in specimen collection, ensuring that samples are accurately prepared and processed as required.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures, play an active role in training newcomers, and help sustain the highest quality standards within the lab.

Uphold a clean and secure working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation stipulations.

A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, is required. Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
