Location: In‑person at our Indianapolis, IN office. About the Opportunity As a Project Manager, you will deliver infrastructure improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget while driving innovative problem‑solving initiatives with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule, and budget in partnership with owners and company leadership.

Deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.

Make data‑driven decisions and present complex information clearly and concisely.

Education & Experience Associate’s Degree with at least two (2) years of project management experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Minimum 3+ years of project management experience.

Positive, relentlessly enthusiastic attitude and strong desire to serve the community.
