Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other essential areas—following established protocols.
Ensure accuracy through result analysis, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
Assist in specimen collection and preparation as necessary, ensuring adherence to procedural standards.
Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to upholding the high standards of laboratory quality.
Keep a safe, organized, and clean work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or possess an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hiring.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal abilities that encourage effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
Exhibit excellent organizational talents and meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning quality control and documentation.
