Customer Experience Concierge (Full-Time)

Camellia Place of Woodstock, a Claiborne Senior Living community is hiring a Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our senior living community. In this role, you will create a warm, professional, and responsive front desk experience for residents, families, guests, and team members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
