Order Processor / Inside Sales

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support customer outreach, lead follow-up, and day-to-day sales activity in Dallas. Responsibilities

Follow up with prospective and existing customers

Respond to sales inquiries by phone and email

Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM systems

Schedule calls, meetings, and follow-up activities

Assist with preparing sales documents and customer information

Track open opportunities and pending follow-up items

Coordinate customer requests with internal teams

Support daily sales activity and account communication

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable speaking with customers by phone

Good organization and attention to detail

Comfortable using CRM and office software

Able to manage multiple follow-up tasks

Professional and dependable

Previous sales, customer service, or account support experience is preferred
