Run the operating cadence for these initiatives-surface risks early, resolve conflicts, maintain momentum across the year

Track Budget, SG&A, and OPM Performance

Given the scale and complexity of Equinix's digital infrastructure business, the Ditital Strategy & Operations,should possess a strong understanding of:

10+ years across strategy/operations/consulting with demonstrated ownership of strategy translation, portfolio governance, and cross functional execution in tech or digital infrastructure contexts

Depth in operating model and process engineering, goal/OKR systems, and closed loop performance management; fluency in enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/BI) and AI enabled workflows

Proven leadership of multi team programs and financial performance levers (budget/SG&A/OPM); Analytical problem solving (uses data; does not build dashboards) and crisp decision framing

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
