We have a strong purpose and impact behind everything we do daily as it impacts patients care, diagnostics, drug delivery, and vaccination for our communities around the world.We are looking for a talented, experienced Product Manager with a passion for healthcare, career advancement to join and accelerate our efforts to improve surgical and infusion procedures, improve diagnostics, enhance patient care, optimize drug delivery with the end goal of improving patient outcomes and lowering cost of care. Identify areas of opportunity for ITW Medical for our filtration products within prioritized market segments that are a focus for the division.Develop discovery interview guides, research plans and partner with cross functional teams to conduct customer interviews.Attend customer meetings to support product development at customer locations.Partner with Engineering & Innovation Director to identify innovative product concepts and present business cases for the prioritized opportunities.Assist Sales team by building tools to sell our quantified value proposition.Lead customer discovery by creating interview guides and research plans, conducting interviews with cross‑functional partners, and translating findings into product requirements.Develop and execute IP strategies for universal products in partnership with legal.Ensure universal product compliance with relevant standards and regulations, coordinating with Quality, Regulatory and Engineering.Use the APQP stage‑gate process to plan and execute projects, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and smooth transition into commercialization.Act as divisional expert on market and pricing intelligence, informing portfolio, pricing and investment decisions.Improve collateral, website content and selling tools to strengthen early‑funnel prospecting for filtration solutions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.3+ years progressive experience in Product Management, Marketing or Engineering with new product development and commercialization; Proven ability to build data‑driven business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.Strong strategic thinking, connecting clinical, regulatory and market trends to portfolio, roadmap and IP decisions.Experience managing cross‑functional projects within a stage‑gate framework (e.g., Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, integrating qualitative customer insights and quantitative market/financial data.Ability to travel up to 30%, primarily domestic with occasional international travel.As applicable this role will also receive overtime compensation and may be eligible for shift premium compensation.Pay Range: $95,000-135,000 plus variable bonusBenefitsBenefits for this role can be seen by visiting In addition, employees can qualify for vacation, sick, and holiday compensation benefits.Vacation - up to 120 hours within first yearSick - up to 40 hours of time within first yearFloating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within first yearHoliday - 10 paid holidays per year, these holidays are selected by the DivisionITW is an equal opportunity employer.
