Job Overview A law firm seeks a Vendor Management Counsel in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement. The successful candidate will join a dynamic internal legal team, supporting various business functions and managing a diverse range of vendor agreements.
Duties Serve as primary lawyer for vendor and supplier contracts across all business functions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
Coordinate with attorneys specializing in privacy and data security.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify legal risks.
Support and maintain standard contract templates and playbooks.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise on implications.
Work closely with contract administrator to manage contract portfolio.
D. from an ABA-accredited law school; Minimum 3 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-partnering skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of matters with competing deadlines.
