Litigation Law Paralegal

We're hiring: Civil Litigation Paralegal — Centerville, OH

Kohl & Cook is growing, and we're looking for an experienced civil litigation paralegal to join our Dayton-area team. This is a hands‑on role supporting attorneys through every stage of litigation: drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery, managing case files and deadlines, e‑filing in Ohio state and federal courts, and preparing exhibits and witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial.

What we're looking for:

3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, ideally in civil litigation

Associate degree in paralegal studies, paralegal certificate, or equivalent

E‑filing proficiency in Ohio state courts

Strong organization, proofreading, and attention to detail
