HR Generalist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization in Nashville. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a blend of recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration.
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Coordinate recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist with HR compliance reporting and documentation efforts
Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives
Coordinate participation in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities
Support payroll, benefits, and other HR processes as needed
Assist with general administrative and employee support functions
2+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience
~ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Experience supporting recruiting and employee onboarding activities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
