What if your expertise could help shape critical intellectual property decisions across one of the world's leading healthcare companies? As an IP Search & Analytics Manager, you will be at the forefront of scientific and patent intelligence, transforming complex data into strategic insights that support innovation, business development, and intellectual property protection. Working closely with patent attorneys, scientists, and global business teams, you will play a key role in enabling informed decisions that help bring groundbreaking medicines to patients worldwide

Conduct patent and scientific literature searches to support critical intellectual property and business decisions.

Develop innovative search strategies using advanced research methodologies and specialized patent databases.

Deliver actionable patent analytics supporting due diligence, litigation, and freedom-to-operate assessments.

Maintain high-quality documentation, search records, and confidentiality standards across all projects.

Master degree (or PhD) in Biology or Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.

Proficiency using patent and scientific literature databases and advanced search platforms.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related life sciences industries is a plus

Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
