Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.This position requires travel to our Charlotte, Raleigh & Winston-Salem communitiesAs an Area Human Resources Manager, you lead HR strategy and operations across multiple Sunrise communities, ensuring strong recruitment, compliance, and team member engagement.What You'll Do:Oversee full-cycle recruitment, job fairs, and hiring processesEnsure compliance with Sunrise Hiring Standards and employment lawsLead onboarding, orientation, and system access for new team membersMaintain HRIS, ATS, personnel files, and regulatory documentationManage unemployment and workers' compensation claimsServe as HR partner to department leaders on performance managementLead employee relations matters and internal investigationsDrive team member engagement initiatives and action planningDeliver HR systems and policy training for front-line staffMaintain audit readiness and complete monthly compliance controls (MKCC)You play a vital leadership role in building engaged teams, protecting compliance, and strengthening the team member experience across your region.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business, or related field2+ years HR experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)Supervisory and employee relations experienceStrong knowledge of employment law and compliance practicesExcellent communication, organization, and analytical skillsHigh integrity and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsRegional HR Manager – Lead People Strategy Across CommunitiesHR Manager | Human Resources Leadership | Employee RelationsPay Range: 68,000.00 - 85,000.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
