Full-Time 3rd Shift Cook

Job Overview Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company with a portfolio of over 200 hotels and resorts worldwide. This role is located at the Arizona Biltmore, a historic 39-acre luxury resort in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities Maintain and set up food production and quality control for all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and seasonings.
Prepare all food items according to standard recipes or guest specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
Visually inspect ingredients, select only those suitable for cooking, and maintain product quality through proper storage, aging, and rotation.
Keep refrigeration equipment, storage, and work areas clean and clutter‑free, complying with health department regulations.
Prepare daily requisitions for supplies and food items needed for production.
Work nights, weekends, and holidays; shift hours are 2pm-10pm.
Work on grill and sauté stations to handle an average of 150 covers per shift.
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Graduate of an apprenticeship or accredited culinary school preferred.
At least two years of cooking experience in a professional, fast‑paced kitchen.
Prior hotel or resort experience preferred.
Upscale or luxury dining experience preferred.
Maricopa County Food Handler Card required; ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred.
