Associate Litigation Attorney - Full Time Position

A strong fit for a California-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of business litigation experience who is organized, tech-savvy, and an effective communicator.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence
Prepare legal documents for client matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys on trials, arbitrations, and mediations
Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong research, writing, and communication skills
Proficiency with modern legal technology
