We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney with a focus on Insurance Defense to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator, with a strong background in commercial litigation and insurance law.
As a Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney, you will be expected to:
Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, primarily insurance defense cases.
Draft and review legal documents and pleadings with a high degree of accuracy.
Collaborate with confidence and work with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Stay up-to-date with changes in insurance law and commercial litigation to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
To be considered for the Commercial Litigation Associate/Attorney position, candidates must possess:
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar.
3. 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance defense.
Proven experience in handling trials, drafting legal documents, and managing e-discovery processes.
Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw.
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
