As our Recruiter, you'll partner directly with hiring managers across our corporate office and warehouse operations to attract exceptional talent and create an outstanding hiring experience from the initial workforce planning discussion through successful onboarding.

Success means helping managers make great hiring decisions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pipelines before positions become urgent, and continuously improving the way recruiting is done.

One day you may be recruiting a CSR, the next a Warehouse Supervisor, eCommerce rep, Salesperson, HR professional, or Executive-level position. If you enjoy variety and learning different parts of a business, you'll thrive in this role.

Build out the recruiting department by putting together SOPs for all recruiting processes.
Recruit for Corporate, Office, and Warehouse positions.
Ability to partner directly with hiring managers, conduct intake meetings, establish interview processes and support effective hiring.
Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, career fairs, trade organizations, colleges, technical schools, military transition programs, and other creative sourcing strategies.
Conduct structured phone screens and interviews.
Coordinate interviews while maintaining exceptional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Represent us at career fairs, networking events, schools, and community outreach activities.
Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Recommend improvements that simplify, standardize, automate, and scale recruiting processes.
must be comfortable being the only recruiter without a recruiting team or coordinator.
Open to taking on additional responsibilities outside of talent acquisition such as/but not included to…possibly safety trainings, company event planning, and any other way you can assist the HR team or other departments.

3 to 5 years of full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience for office and warehouse through multiple channels

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
