Weekend Shift Line Cooks

We are a contemporary Hong Kong style kitchen with a Bib Gourmand recognition who takes pride in ensuring a positive work environment along with being a place to grow and be challenged professionally. Executive Chef Minsu Son features a playful menu of modern takes on Hong Kong street food, traditional dim sum, and classic Chinese dishes with a global influence. Like many of the team's favorite restaurants in Hong Kong, Tiger Fork emphasizes family-style plates and the communal dining experience.

We are looking for a PM Line Cook who can assist to ensure quality, consistency, sanitation, and leadership. Open availability is preferred, weekend availability a must.

Work in a fast-paced kitchen and be able to handle rigors of busy services while also maintaining quality and consistency of dishes

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

Support other areas of the kitchen as needed, and be able and willing to assist teammates in the restaurant as needed, including handling duties of other stations

Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstation during each shift, while observing internal and regulatory (health, fire department, etc.) Prepare station for service (setup, food prep)

Overseeing that line cooks prep, clean, and stock stations pre- and post-service

Clean work area, equipment, utensils, and dishes

Assist in training new personnel in proper procedures and guidelines

At least 2 years of relevant restaurant experience preferred

Genuine passion for cooking, restaurant hospitality, and learning new skills

Highly organized, productive, and able to work meticulously in a high-intensity kitchen/work environment
