Physical Therapist- Rehab Hospital Full Time

Position Overview One Way Recovery Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in improving the health and well-being of our clients by delivering high-quality therapy services tailored to their individual needs. You will work onsite in our modern rehabilitation facility located in the beautiful Pompano Beach, where the vibrant community and supportive environment serve as a backdrop for your work. As a Licensed Physical Therapist at One Way Recovery Therapy, you will:

Comply with all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA privacy regulations and Medicare billing procedures, ensuring that all documentation and transactions meet legal standards.

Effectively communicate with patients/clients, their families, the public, and fellow healthcare team members, fostering a supportive environment that encourages questions and feedback.

Provide 1-on-1 patient care, delivering personalized treatment plans and employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Document all aspects of patient care accurately, including clinical services, billing information, and correspondence, ensuring comprehensive records that support the continuity of care.

Exhibit extensive clinical knowledge and maintain high performance standards throughout all aspects of patient interactions, from initial assessments to ongoing treatment sessions.

The clients you will serve at our rehabilitation facility include individuals recovering from various physical challenges, such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. With a focus on holistic care, you will also have the opportunity to work with pediatric patients, developing specialized treatment plans that cater to their unique developmental needs.

Valid Florida Physical Therapy License.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Proficient in various therapeutic techniques, with strong emphasis on trigger point therapy.

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience within an acute care hospital or related environment is required, candidates with additional experience in rehabilitation settings are especially encouraged to apply. In return for your expertise and dedication, One Way Recovery Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
