Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $112,500 $153,000 per year
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do
Provide direct pharmaceutical care, including medication selection, dosing, and monitoring in the Emergency Department
Develop and implement ED-specific medication protocols and quality initiatives
Support emergency response efforts such as code blue, trauma, and stroke alerts
Serve as preceptor for pharmacy students and residents, fostering education and clinical practice excellence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes in urgent care situations
Participate in hospital committees focused on patient safety and quality improvement
Contribute to shaping emergency pharmacy services at a Level III Trauma Center supporting over 36,000 ED visits annually
What You Need
Required:
Valid Kansas Pharmacist License or eligibility
Current BLS/ACLS certification preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
Prior emergency department pharmacy experience
Experience developing clinical protocols
Leadership or precepting experience
About the Assignment This permanent role is based at Salina Regional Health Center, a well-respected hospital with a 26-bed Emergency Department and Level III Trauma designation.
