Weekend Welder Fabrication

1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift MIG Welder $23-30/hr

Perform MIG welding according to engineering drawings and blueprint specifications.

Interpret welding symbols, callouts, and weld requirements.

Weld mild steel and stainless steel materials ranging from 7-gauge to 1/4-inch thickness.

Read and interpret detailed fabrication and welding blueprints.

Assist with cutting, staging, organizing, and preparing materials for production.

Support fabrication activities including grinding, machine operation, insulation cutting, and finishing work.

Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.

Assist in other fabrication departments as needed.

Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience .

Experience in fabrication environments.

Ability to perform quality welds on mild steel and stainless steel.

Modern manufacturing and fabrication facility.

Primarily welding-focused with additional fabrication responsibilities.

Fast-paced, hands-on production environment.

Long-term growth-focused operation experiencing significant expansion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
