The Great Greek in San Antonio, TX is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! Come be part of a team that brings the warmth and tradition of Greek cuisine to every plate.
Prepare and execute menu items according to The Great Greek's recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
Operate grills, fryers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Monitor food freshness, portion sizes, and presentation for consistency
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during peak hours
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
Assist with prep work including chopping, marinating, and stocking stations
Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler Certification a plus)
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for food quality and delivering a consistent guest experience

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
