You will inherit and evolve a talented team of 15 professionals, driving operational excellence, protecting program integrity, and unlocking cost-savings that directly support our mission of providing care to underserved and vulnerable populations.

Ready to Lead the Future of Pharmacy Strategy? shift: Serve as the primary HRSA contact. Oversee internal/external audits, manage 340B ESP submissions, and pioneer automation (such as Robotic Process Automation/RPAs).
Evaluate future contract pharmacy opportunities, manage manufacturer/wholesaler relationships, and design financial models to maximize program benefits.
Financial Stewardship: Lead drug spend analysis for forecasting, manage budget variances, and serve as the core finance point-person for drug expenses.
Oversee day-to-day operations across mixed-use areas, contract pharmacies, and clinic-administered settings while championing training for internal stakeholders.
Experience: 8–10+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with a deep specialization in business pharmacy operations and 340B compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required (PharmD or Master’s in Pharmacy/Related Field highly preferred).
Skills: Expert knowledge of split-billing software, HRSA/OPA/Medicaid regulations, and a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-entity programs.
