We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with healthcare or dental experience to lead and manage all HR operations across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about employee experience, onboarding excellence, and building scalable HR systems in a high-growth environment. Lead and manage all HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures
Oversee and administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401k)
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Ensure all employee records and HR systems are accurate, compliant, and up to date
Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth
Minimum 3+ years of HR experience
Strong understanding of onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities
Experience in healthcare or dental industry preferred (not required)
