We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with Accountancy and Financial Analysis experience to manage financial and other operations, and work with a growing team of engineers, consultants, and physicians. Experience in working for engineering or medical device companies is required. Director of Finance & Operations

Financial analysis and projections

Communicate with vendors, contractors, and consultantsregarding payments

Manage payroll, attendance, absences, timesheets

Oversee income and expense accounts and prepare regular financial reports

Prepare market surveys, financial analyses, interact with investors

Assist with company operations in compliance with company policies

Oversee day-to-day operations

Understanding of engineering operations

MBA from an accredited university

Expertise with QuickBooks and accounting practices

Financial analysis and projections of future expenses

Income tax filing for small companies

Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel

Experience at small companies, including engineering/ medical device industry

Experience in managing staff and personnel matters

Knowledge and experience of engineering operations
