North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the Purchasing Department; compile data, maintain training documents, create spreadsheets, write policies and procedures, and produce charts/graphs for purchasing department.
Provides administrative support for Purchasing Department.
Updates departmental policies and procedures to reflect changes to current practices.
Reviews and maintains time records in Kronos for the Purchasing Department Staff.
Coordinates scheduling of meetings and travel.
Provides support and/or training to supply-base and purchasing staff.
High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of administrative and purchasing experience OR
Associate’s Degree in an administrative or business related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of administrative and purchasing experience.
