Job Summary The Program Coordinator at Shepherd's Clinic plays a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs and services. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners, to ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Program Planning and Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine program goals and objectives.

Conduct research to identify community healthcare needs and trends.

Support grant writing to fund new and existing programs

Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners to coordinate program activities.

Data Management and Evaluation: Develop and implement data collection and evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness.

Analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers involved in program activities.

Community Outreach: Represent Shepherd's Clinic at community events and meetings.

Establish and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders to promote the organization's programs and services.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
