Receptionist PT (part time)

Receptionist Position

Part Time Shift/Hours: Friday - Sunday from 10am - 6:30pm. In your role, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members. The Receptionist is responsible for managing incoming calls, supporting administrative staff, and maintaining a professional front-facing presence for the hospital. This role is essential to the smooth flow of communication and operations within the facility.

Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.

Assist coworkers with preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems.

Provide administrative support to the leadership team for miscellaneous projects.

Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance to represent the hospital to board members, medical staff, visitors, and the community.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred; student experience in higher education considered.

Skills: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications. Customer service experience or aptitude required to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and the public.
