Registered Nurse (RN) Countryside Manor – Fremont, OH
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN | All Shifts Available $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs
Countryside Manor is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
Provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and nursing leadership
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans
Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment
Day Shift
Evening Shift
Night Shift
Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
Every other weekend required
10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RNs (paid within first year)
