RN – Registered Nurse – Day Shift

Countryside Manor is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day Shift in Fremont, Ohio! Are you an RN looking for a new opportunity where you can feel supported, appreciated, and make a difference? Join our nursing team at Countryside Manor and provide compassionate, quality care to our residents every day. Experienced RNs and newly licensed nurses are encouraged to apply!

RN Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Develop, implement, and follow individualized resident care plans
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and appropriate members of the care team
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Provide guidance and support to LPNs, CNAs, and other members of the nursing team
Respond promptly to resident needs and concerns
Coordinate resident care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety
Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures
Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide excellent resident care

RN Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
Long-term care, nursing home, or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
