Recruiter/ Entry Level HR

Join Renewal by Andersen as an Entry Level Recruiter in Appleton, WI, onsite. This in-house role covers sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and HR support. You will earn an hourly wage of $18 to $20, receive paid training, and work in a culture that values growth, collaboration, and hands-on learning. Responsibilities

Generate candidate leads by attending job fairs, searching resumes, and assisting in the creation of ads on job boards

Conduct ongoing outreach to candidates via phone calls, emails, and text messages

Screen candidates per requirements and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers

Send confirmation emails and text messages

Follow up with candidates as needed, answering questions they may have about interviews or positions
