Transactional Oil & Gas Attorney — Associate / Of Counsel
Location : Dallas / Fort worth , Texas
Billables : 1,600 billable-hour target
Work setup : Hybrid (remote flexibility)
A specialized oil & gas boutique in the Dallas/Fort Worth market is looking for an Associate or Of Counsel to join its growing transactional practice. The firm offers a high-autonomy environment, direct partner access, meaningful oil & gas work, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance , making this a great opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a long-term practice without the traditional Big Law grind.
What they are looking for ?
2+ years of legal experience in the oil & gas industry, with either transactional or litigation experience
Strong legal, drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Self-driven, dependable attorney who thrives in an autonomous, collaborative environment
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000–$185,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
