The rise of heavy-lift launch vehicles is shifting the industry from an era of mass constraint to one of mass abundance, and we believe this new era demands a fundamentally different class of spacecraft. As a key contributor to team growth at K2 Space, you’ll assist our recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. You’ll be empowered to help provide solutions and continue refining our recruiting processes, rather than serving in a pure coordination capacity. This is a full-time, on-site position in Torrance, CA.

Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers

Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses, as necessary

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2+ years of industry experience in a high paced environment

Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite

Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse

Hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $25 - $40 + equity in the company
