Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Villa Serena Healthcare Center. As an LVN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provide nursing care to designated residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Administer medications as ordered by physician and document accordingly

Perform assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans for residents

Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals

Document resident care accurately and legibly using charting by exception

Maintain confidentiality and uphold the privacy of residents' medical records

Long-term care experience preferably in a sub-acute setting

Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State of California

Ability to speak, read, and write English effectively

Ability to interact effectively with team members, residents, families, and visitors

Work primarily involves standing, walking, twisting, reaching, bending, and lifting of residents on a regular basis

Occasional loud outbursts by residents may be expected

Ability to accept and carry out responsibilities on a regular basis under the guidance and direction of a nursing supervisor

33 - $38 HOURLY
