Undergraduate Recruiter
Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Recruiter to join our Orlando, Florida (FL) office! This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across the firm. This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.
Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
Bachelors Degree
Ability to travel, as needed.
