Ultimate Roofing is seeking a skilled Construction Bookkeeper to join our team in Morgantown, WV. As a Construction Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects. Manage journal entries and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded Conduct reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy Assist with month-end close processes Prepare financial statements for review Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are up to date Required Skills: Proficiency in accounting software Experience with bank reconciliations Ability to generate financial reports Strong attention to detail Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Nice to Have Skills: Experience with QuickBooks Strong administrative skills Experience with invoicing and file management Salary and Benefits: Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year Benefits: Flexible Schedules, Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off Company Information: Ultimate Roofing WV LLC is a local roofing contractor providing residential and commercial roofing services in Morgantown, Clarksburg, and surrounding areas in West Virginia.
