Litigation & Compliance Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to join their team in Tampa, FL. The attorney will manage various litigation responsibilities, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and supporting trial preparation. This role involves collaboration with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.
Duties Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation technology/tools.
Skills Experience with complex litigation preferred.
Experience using CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
