This opportunity gives Internal Medicine physicians the ability to practice across a broad clinical spectrum while having access to an extensive network of specialists and advanced services when patients need them. Physicians who enjoy academics can also make teaching part of their career through an established Internal Medicine Residency Program. New graduates can begin their careers within an experienced team, while seasoned Hospitalists can bring their expertise to a program that already has a strong clinical foundation. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights

• Join an established team of 6 Hospitalists
• 7-on/7-off schedule
• $350K base salary
• Current Hospitalists earn $425K+ annually, with some earning up to $600K
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 3 weeks PTO annually in addition to the 7-on/7-off schedule
• 1 dedicated week of CME annually
• Epic EMR
• Optional participation in the Internal Medicine Residency Program
• Additional $10K annual stipend for physicians who oversee and teach residents
• 117-bed acute-care hospital and regional referral center
