Machinist – Maple Grove, MN (Direct Hire)

$52,000 – $67,000 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

We are immediately hiring a skilled Machinist for a long-term, direct-hire opportunity in Maple Grove. This is a stable, family-owned manufacturer with extremely low turnover and a strong reputation in EDM and mold-making since 1975.

If you can run machines, hold tight tolerances, and take ownership of your work on the shop floor—this is worth a serious look.

Set up and operate CNC vertical mills, lathes, band saws, and surface grinders

Work primarily with graphite materials for precision components

Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and work instructions

Execute saw cutting, grinding, six-side machining, and finishing work

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality compliance

Strong CNC machining or setup experience (mills, lathes, grinders)

Hands-on mechanical problem-solving ability

Graphite, EDM, mold-making, or similar background is a plus

CNC programming experience is a strong advantage (not required)

Direct hire — no contract or temp period

Hands-on work with precision, custom machining (not production-only)
