Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of critical roles - from technical specialists and manufacturing talent to business and leadership positions - as REGENT continues to grow.

Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship‑building with exceptional candidates.

Lead candidates through every stage of the hiring process, providing thoughtful guidance, timely communication, and an experience that reflects who we are as a company.

Use data, market insights, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions, improve search strategies, and help teams make better hiring decisions.

Continuously improve how we hire by experimenting with new tools, refining our processes, strengthening our employer brand, and raising the bar for candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Experience in recruiting, particularly in technical and manufacturing spaces, is a plus.
