Job Title: Program Manager

We are seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead to oversee projects at a supplier site, specifically focused on global foundries. This role requires a strong background in program management and experience working with suppliers. This position is open to candidates with advanced manufacturing backgrounds, including semiconductor, aerospace, and data center industries. Proficiency with MS Project or SmartSheet is preferred.

Lead the development and management of detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs.

Conduct regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives.

Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Travel up to 25% for business purposes.

10+ years of experience in technical program management.

• Experience in product development and supplier management.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, and Jira.
• Strong understanding of risk and opportunity analysis and management processes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s degree in a STEM field is a plus.

Experience managing technology-based projects through the full life cycle.

Prior experience with first-of-its-kind, early technology-based products or projects.

This role is based in New York, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The position requires 25% travel to locations such as Minneapolis and Broomfield. The work involves a 60% focus on program management and 40% on technical tasks, with a program size involving a multimillion-dollar effort.
