Real Estate Attorney-Retail Leasing

Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled retail leasing attorney to join its Real Estate practice group in Cleveland, OH. The candidate should have substantial experience in retail shopping center leasing, with a focus on drafting and negotiating leases and related documents.
Duties Draft and negotiate leases, subleases, amendments, and related documentation.
Represent landlords and tenants in lease transactions.
Manage multiple leasing transactions efficiently.
Advise clients on lease administration, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Supervise junior attorneys and manage client relationships.
Requirements 5-8 years of experience for Associate level; at least 8 years for Counsel level.
Proven track record in managing complex leasing transactions.
Experience in a large law firm or sophisticated in-house legal department preferred.
Education Superior academic credentials required.
Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
