Store Merchandiser (Full or Part Time)

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will have a direct impact on every store you visit, ensuring that our flowers are perfectly displayed to delight every shopper.

What We Offer:

Pay: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 am to 9:20 am; Saturday from 7:00 am to 8:00 am.

Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.

Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.

Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.

Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.

Support stores during festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) by preparing displays to meet demand.

Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments during departmental resets.

While working independently, support teammates with special activities when needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.

Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.

Walk and stand for most of the shift.

Basic Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.

Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.

Internet access and a smartphone.

Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

As part of the hiring process, our company will participate in the e‑verify process and make each new employee’s I‑9 information available to DHS for verification.
