```htmlJob Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Alaska Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3x12 Night Shift, 60 guaranteed hours per 2 weeks (may be called off for one 12-hour shift per pay period). Weekend coverage required based on staffing needs. Float to lower acuity units, renal care, neuro, and medical-surgical as needed.

• Progressive care stepdown unit with diverse patient populations across multiple disciplines including cardiac, respiratory, neuro, and renal patients
• Innovative Co-Care/Virtual Nursing Model with 1:4 patient ratios supported by virtual RN and CNA staff
• Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• 12-hour orientation provided with full unit support and modern equipment including Philips monitors and safe patient handling equipment

Active Alaska RN license (or ability to obtain compact license; must complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing)
Minimum 1 year of progressive care, stepdown, or ICU experience
Epic charting experience required
Proficiency in cardiac telemetry, blood product administration, vasoactive and cardiac drip management, ventilator care, BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and central line management
Must reside at least 50 miles from facility
Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
