Senior Graphic DesignerThe Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for providing graphic design support for different internal projects. They assist in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support brand campaigns and projects. Key responsibilities include producing marketing, preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all channels. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to bring campaigns to life.Responsibilities:Provide design support to the team daily for campaigns and projectsResponsible for preparing marketing decks for presentationsResponsible for creating PrePro decks that inform marketing needs and all details per floorset/jobResponsible for working with the design function leads on organizing and cleaning design files in preparation for art releaseImplement timely and accurate file setup of final InDesign filesTroubleshoot and resolve any file setup issuesPlace final retouched imagery into InDesign files prior to file handoffRoute files through Copy Partners and Art Director for final approvalCollaborate with other Creatives, Copy, Creative Services, Traffic and Procurement teams to properly implement each projectQualifications:5-7 years of relevant experienceProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and other design toolsStrong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principlesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
