HR Generalist
We have an immediate opening for a full-time HR Generalist in Springboro, Ohio. The HR Generalist position assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations in OH of the HR Department. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as requested to represent the department or the company or for professional development.

Recruitment and Retention

Work with leadership to schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring clear, concise communication throughout hiring process.
Works with leadership and requests temporary employees, as needed.

Fosters the development of a superior company culture by planning and implementing OH company events that communicate company core values to employees, customers, vendors, and/or the general public.
Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes electronic personnel file.
HR Department Administration

Processes new hire paperwork and files in HRIS system.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as are intermediate skills in MS Office Suite. An Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
