Senior HR Generalist# **Reports to:** TMX Manager **Job Status:** Full-Time/ Salary**Department:** TMX **Mobility Profile:** On Location**Job Profile:** JP00241 - Intermediate Professional, Human Resources Generalists (P2)**Position Summary:** Leads core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Partners with TMX Manager on facility level programs to support employee engagement.# Interpret and apply HR policies while advising leaders to ensure consistency and compliance.* Conduct thorough employee relations investigations and prepare accurate, timely documentation.* Provide training and coach supervisors on effective performance management and corrective action practices.* Organize and support engagement activities, including surveys, workshops, and follow-up actions.* Maintain HRIS data accuracy, process Workday transactions, and complete compliance-related documentation.* Contribute to change management efforts and help drive continuous improvement across HR processes.* Evaluate HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance, and recommend actionable improvements.# Qualifications:## ·Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred## ·3+ years progressive HR experience## ·Knowledge of employment law and employee relations## ·Ability to influence and coach leaders## ·Strong attention to detail and confidentiality## ·Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems## ·Microsoft Word and Excel experience## ·Trustworthy -capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information## ·Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization## # **Pay Range & Benefits:*** Clayton Redwood Falls offers a competitive total compensation package.
