Head of Corporate Finance

We're partnering with a publicly traded real estate investment company to identify a Manager of Finance to join their growing team. This role sits at the intersection of finance, analytics, and technology, providing visibility into portfolio performance and helping drive strategic business decisions. The position will partner closely with finance, operations, and asset management teams to analyze financial and operational performance, develop reporting and dashboards, support forecasting processes, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and data-driven insights. What they're looking for: • 3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, real estate finance, or a similar analytical role • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills • Experience analyzing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance • Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and operational stakeholders • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, AI-enabled tools, or automation platforms is a plus • Commercial real estate or REIT experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing organization and gain exposure to portfolio-level strategy, operational finance, and emerging analytics technologies in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
