Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends

• As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll create a welcoming, engaging classroom where children feel confident, curious, and excited to learn every day.

Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress
Mentor and support Assistant Teachers while promoting teamwork and collaboration
Partner with center leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education
Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or early learning program
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
Experience planning and implementing preschool curriculum
Excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to complete all required Montana licensing, training, and background check requirements
