Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Looking for Warehouse Associate jobs in Coppell where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Associate career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience required

Experience working in a team-oriented warehouse environment preferred

Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse policies

Operate a floor scrubber to maintain warehouse cleanliness

Collect and dispose of warehouse debris and trash throughout the facility

Build repack boxes and assist with repackaging projects

Organize inventory and maintain designated storage areas

Support returns processing and material movement

Keep docks, workstations, and warehouse areas clean and organized

Transport trash and recyclable materials to designated disposal locations

Assist with general warehouse operations as needed

Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Perform physically active work in a warehouse environment

Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required

No headphones permitted on the warehouse floor

No cell phone use while working

Reliable transportation required

Must be available to work the full Monday-Friday schedule with no conflicts

Willingness to support all warehouse functions as needed

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.

Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
