Head of Growth Marketing - Remote

Rugiet disrupted men's sexual health with a patented, clinical solution that outperforms everything else on the market. Now we're scaling into sleep, hair loss, weight management, and beyond -- and paid social is one of the primary engines driving that growth. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who owns Paid Social end to end. You'll manage multi-million dollar monthly budgets across Meta and TikTok, partner with creative to build a high-velocity testing machine, and obsess over the numbers that actually matter: You think like a creative strategist but operate like an analyst. You don't wait to be told performance is down -- you're already fixing it. Day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels. You'll manage 7-figure monthly budgets with strict CAC targets. Scaling spend and maintaining efficiency aren't at odds here -- that's the job. Creative Strategy & Testing. Partner with the Creative team to build a structured testing engine. You should be comfortable building your own dashboards and not waiting on someone else to tell you what's happening. Collaborate with Digital Product to make sure the post-click experience converts. All creative, targeting, and messaging must adhere to FDA, FTC, and HIPAA requirements. You treat CAC targets like a personal commitment, not a guideline. When platform changes hit, you're already engineering the workaround before leadership asks. You have opinions about creative -- strong ones, backed by data. You've managed $50M+ in annual spend and you didn't just survive it, you found efficiency others missed. You move fast, test faster, and document what you learn. You think "we're waiting on the creative team" is an acceptable status update. You've never managed more than a few hundred thousand a month. Requirements 6+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years managing high-scale Paid Social directly Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager (AppLovin a plus) Experience managing $50M+ in annual ad spend with measurable efficiency outcomes Advanced analytics skills -- Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent; you build your own dashboards Proven track record running structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audience, and bidding D2C subscription and/or telehealth experience strongly preferred Regulated industry or telemedicine background is a significant advantage Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, performance bonus, and equity.
